How quickly can you onboard us?
Typically 14 days from signed agreement to "business as usual". Shorter if your environment is clean and documented; longer only if we find real surprises during the assessment.
Are you New Zealand based?
Yes — every engineer who touches your environment is based in Aotearoa. We are Wellington-founded (2014) and we serve NZ businesses nationwide. No offshoring, no scripted helpdesk.
How is pricing structured?
Fixed per-seat for managed services (helpdesk, monitoring, patching, security). Infrastructure projects and professional services are scoped and quoted up front. No surprise invoices, no minute-counting.
What if we already have an in-house IT person?
Perfect. Most of our best client relationships have an internal lead — we handle the 24/7 heavy lifting, the specialist work, and the out-of-hours so they can focus on the strategic stuff only they can do.
Can you work with our compliance requirements?
